Location and access: Our residence is ideally located in Lyon, just 820 feet from the T2 tram stop "Route de Vienne" (which provides direct access to Perrache train station). We are also 1640 feet from the T4 tram stop "Jet d’Eau - Mendès France" (which leads to Part-Dieu train station). Furthermore, Perrache and Part-Dieu train stations are approximately a 12-minute drive away. Accommodations: - All our studios and apartments are air-conditioned and accessible by elevator and stairs. - Amenities: private bathroom and equipped kitchenette (mini-bar, microwave, welcome tray with kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and kitchenware). Wellness Area: - Hot tub, sauna, and steam room open daily from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. - Price: €12 per 60-minute session per person. - Private use available outside these hours: €69 for two people (upon request at reception). - Massage service available by reservation (at least 48 hours in advance, at a rate of €79 per person for 60 minutes). Parking: - Underground and outdoor parking available at a rate of €12 per day. - No prior reservation required. Guests must park at 7 rue Jean Gay, then check in and pay at reception.
