- I loved how well the staff took care of my requests. Location is great.
- Nothing other than the location being in a good area of city...This is a pure rip off! No coffee maker in room, must pay $5 Dollars for a cup of coffee in morning! No Hot Water for Shower! And Ugly View of Alleys and back of building! Comfy bed though

- The pool was under repair and there was no pre warning about that. So I got there and no pool.
- Not A Four Star! When it rains the water fills the corridors and rooms! They charge for everything including the Horrible Internet! The breakfast buffet was Horrid, even the potatoes were Nasty, unable to eat due to being Completely Raw! Don't Stay Here!
