Its quiet at night .Close to plaza del sol and many locations.

Broken iron.room not so clean.pillows not comfortable. Got upgraded with free breakfast included,but still got charged by staff .Bar only open at night..1 restaurant only.

clean hotel and rooms, professional and attentive staff.

there should be 24/7 valet for car parking.

Staff was amazing and the hotel was beautiful. Room was big and breakfast was delicious

Room furnishing was a little old with stains and scratches and dents. No fridge or microwave. And hotel is not centrally located but everything is easily accessible via Uber.

The overall architecture, cleanliness, and impression is definitely not of a business lodging, it has a resort feeling. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, with a service to match. The best lodging deal I have found in Guadalajara!

Lighting is a problem now applicable to all LED light rooms.

All the staff: from the front desk to the restaurant/bar to housekeeping, the staff is very warm and professional. The room was great. Especially the bed, pillows and bedding.

The furniture at lobby and other common spaces needs to be repaired or replaced. Not a good look. Breakfast buffet could be better considering its cost. It pales both in quality and variety compared to breakfast buffets in other hotels nearby like the RIU Plaza

The staff was great and very helpful, the breakfast food was really good and overall this hotel has everything you would expect from a Westin. The location is very centric and it's easy to get to most places by Uber, this is definitely more of a business hotel, since it's right across the street from the convention center, so there are not a lot of places to eat or drink within walking distance.

Not a tourist friendly hotel

Housekeeping didn't always clean my room. I had to call and request housekeeping after waiting all day. The hotel is fine for conventions at the Guadalajara Expo, but the hotel is located away from most of the tourist areas. It also is away from restaurants and bars. You have to take taxis everywhere you want to go.

The bed and the location

They advertised having a spa when booking, which they did not have. I chose the hotel and paid a premium in order to have a spa so this was a bummer for me.

Overall a great place to stay. The bed is wonderful

The shower leaks really bad. We complained and someone came to fix it, he said he would be back and never came back.

The water pressure was great but the faucet was very hard to open and close. Breakfast needs some improvement. Like the cheese and bread was very dry.

Overall the hotel was exceptional!

The only thing that would be great is if the Starbucks in the lobby stayed open a little later. Many guests were often turned away because it was already closed while we were in the lobby waiting for a pro soccer team who was staying there while we were there!

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very comfortable and super clean. I was dissatisfied with the food from the restaurant. I ate there 3 times and everything we ordered was lacking or was over done.

The food at the restaurant. Tortilla soup was gross the tortilla chips were old and super hard to chew. The lentil soup was extremely salty. The Cesar salad was served with greens & tomatoes instead of plaint lettuce and cheese and croutons. The chefs burger with goat cheese was discussing.

the treadmills at the gym need upgrade ,I had a water shortage during my 3rd night in my room no cold water. it was fixed next morning but many air bubbles.

Lacation and staff were great

The bed was fairly uncomfortable

i arrived around 2am the sheets were dirty I asked front desk to change them and no one showed up. I mentioned the dirty sheets again in the morning and front desk said they would change them by the time I came back and they did not. I asked one last time for them to change them and it took them another two hours for the sheets to be replaced
