Pavilion Hotel

The garden was beautiful. The location could not have been better.

Room was small.

Great location and loved the room set up. It was very spacious and comfortable across the street from the beach. The afternoon wine and cheese tasting were a pleasant surprise

There was not a thing we were unhappy about with the Pavillion Hotel

We asked for an early check in and it wasn¿t that early.

The Pavilion is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Avalon. Thanks he rooms are older but the are clean and comfortable. What really make this hotel shine is the liush courtyard that looks out one the the ocean and the wine and cheese they offer.

Stay away from the back rooms if possible. The road back there makes them noisy. Luckily the were able to move me. Our new room was great.

This is like a spa hotel right on the beach. The great location, literally steps from the sand, combined with all the little details- great lounge chairs, amazing wine tasting in the afternoons (tons of different wines: cheeses) - all was awesome.

The rooms are tiny, but truly the location and the luxurious furnishings made up for it

The Pavilion Hotel is in the perfect location on Catalina Island. I enjoyed every aspect of my visit and would stay there on a future visit. The rooms and amenities are excellent. The staff was quite helpful and willing to answer all questions.

We were given 3 happy hour cards for a complimentary glass of wine and plate of cheese at first the hotel went above and beyond with the offer until you sit down for it and the staff seems less than happy to accommodate you. We had one glass then left!

What a quant and gorgeous hotel. Beautiful lush garden patio rooms. Super quiet and isolated yet right in the heart of the action. Well maintained. And a very helpful and attentive staff.

They $20. Room allowance per night was only to 2 locations combined with other hotel guests so lines were long.

The location and the convenience could not be beat.. great hotel.. I could not have asked for a better place to celebrate my birthday..

Yes, one thing... the lighting over the bathroom sink. It was extremely dim. Could definitely use more lighting in that spot.

The toilets run on sea water and they were down for part of the day.

Location / beautiful, peaceful, foods set up beautiful. Also staffers aimed to please. They were pleasant and so humbled, and professional.

My Cable TV didn't work for hours. It took 3 staff to trouble shoot. The head of maids fix the problem quick.

Amazing location, breakfast was incredible with a patio area right on the strip. Trees and foresty area right outside the rooms that you can relax in there's even a bonfire. Was super happy with the Pavilion and the staff were super friendly

There was a sewer smell coming from behind the room if you left the bathroom window open the whole room smelled like crap but besides that it was perfect

The location is perfect-close to the ferry dock and in the heart of town. Yet, it is a peaceful place and great for relaxing and kicking back. ALL of the staff were very courteous and helpful.

the quietness of the hotel. The Hotel allowed us to store our bags before and after check out. they allowed use there showers and towels to use at the beach after check out. The Continental breakfast was amazing. They also have wine and cheese

no pool
