Very beautiful hotel.

Tv broke // no parking besides $50 a night // took 45 mins to get more tiolet paper

Staff were all friendly. Food was good and restaurant had good options.

Pool was small but in good shape

The location was great. It was downtown, so there was easy access to most places, either by foot or by car. The room I came with complementary breakfast, which helped me immensely. The staff at the front desk gave me a paper with a list of restaurants, their contact information, what they serve, and how far they were from the hotel. It came in handy.

I believe it was a very busy time and this is no fault of the hotel's, but it would be good if they could ensure the no smoking policy (which I believe they do). On the last day, I think one of the guests may have smoked in their room and so the hallway on my floor was smelling of smoke.

Room was very clean. They were very nice and let us check in early. Awesome breakfast.

The breakfast was great, loved the omelet bar. The hotel was perfect location for the concert we went too. Just steps away from the dome. Couldn't say enough about the location. The hotel was clean and I loved that they had a happy hour for drinks and snacks. The suite was spacious. We had 5 people in one room and did not feel like we were know of each other. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again.

I loved everything about this hotel very clean, comfortable and the food was excellent. I will be back

Only thing I didn't like was the parking situation had to pay for valet

Huge room with very comfy beds. Very friendly and efficient check in. Free welcome drinks.

Expensive valet parking of 49usd. No overnight self parking options available.

The only thing that we liked is the politeness and kindness of the staff

The bathroom and the rooms was very unclean. We even found a plate with a cake under the sofa. The water in the pool was freezing. The breakfast is the worst I ever had - it organised in not smart way so instead of using all the big space in the middle they putt the food in the corner which creates long lines. The food quality is poor. The only eatable is the cooked omelet, but my husband had to stand in line for 20 minutes to get two portions, they do not allow more for one person. One adult must stay with the kids. It is outrageous, only one person making omelets.

Very nice hotel and great room. Breakfast was amazing! Parking is almost always a hassle with a downtown hotel, but this was bad. We don’t use valet and the only public overnight parking was over a block away
