The location is just walking distance to Pekan Rabu and its in the heart of Alor Setar

The condition of the room is a bit run down and can be improve

the staff are so polite. even trainee also very soft spoken with a lot of smile. wifi are tiptop. my sons can play games with it. bed & pillow are comfy enough for us. breakfast not many option but still got heavy meal and kids meal.

bed sheet & pillow got stain mark. i'm not staying there for 1 night so at least give us a good room. hot water also got issue. need to open for a while before shower (they said that when i report). water pressure will drop if take along shower.

Our rooms were a bit dusty. Need to improve. The food was good but the caramel machiato needs improvement

I couldn't sleep at all and restless the next day as it is my working trip because there's no latch at the door and no safety at all while you sleeping anybody can just step into your front door and the front office receptionist said it's ok he'll guaranteed me nobody can enter the room. But i did went down to the reception while he is away and ask for duplication keycard and that can be done. That's mean he is bullshitting me all this while.Overall everything is ok for me but safety I can't telerate with it bacause I have my wifw and my 10 years old daughter with me as my responsibility.

The water pressure from the shower is great which might be the only plus point staying in this property.

Breakfast is ala-carte and takes time for them to prepare. Not friendly to travelers who are on the clock.Rooms are infested by ants and wrong remote control for TV was given for my stay.

Parking and nice area,price include bfast/sahur.very recommended

The room were clean, tidy & bright. The vehicle parking was easy & free for use by the patron. The breakfast were good & the coffee house were spacious & comfortable to dine during breakfast

Couldn't get any assistance to carry lots of luggage's upon returning from Hatyai

Cozy, clean, food is good! WiFi is super fast!

I noticed there is a water mark on the ceiling and the next day, some water drops from the water mark, and I had to put a towel on the floor, otherwise the floor will be wet and slippery. Perhaps need to supervise a scheduled the M&E regularly.

The room was ok clean. But there were ants walking on the sink and on the shelves in the closet.Ofc this can happen, but then the room didnt seem clean.Plus the Window couldnt close properly.Price didnt match value. 205 RM per night.

I don't comfortable with the toilet is too near to the sink and door. Not really convenient for fat people.

Cleanliness - found few strand of hairs in room & toilet.Maybe hotel should change the towels. Seem yellowish & old.

The hotel location is very strategic because of Pekan Rabu, Aman Central etc. Most places are walkable and easy to go. The staff is very helpful & friendly.

The hotel was big with a restaurante. We had dinner and the food was okay. The Apple Juice was delicious. Staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was provided for free. It was in the city centre. Room was spacious and okay for just a night stay. There is hot water and shower was reasonable.

The building was old and had a stale smell. Bathroom fixtures were old and broken. That was the only thing that I didn't like, was the smell. The smell went away with the air-conditioning of 21C but was too cold and when I turned it to 24C, it came back.

The location was ideal, sufficient parking

Your bath towel and floor mat were worn out and there was no face towel. The bedsheet was also disappointing. Your buffet spread was not so generous, lack of protein, fruit choice was limited and no dessert at all.
