- location is next to the beach, beautiful view, indoor pool, helpful, friendly and accommodating staff, free parking & WiFi, and near Montauk Plaza.

Cons -
- The room was a little dated but they did say that they?re going to have a major renovation in a year or two.
- No outdoor shower and the pool shower was out of service
- Other guests were very noisy one night and kept us awake, lady on desk said they had been an issue and apologised. She said she would waive our ¿resort¿ fee, which was a nice gesture. But a few days after leaving it doesn¿t look like this has been done
