- The staff was very friendly and helpful
- Everything was fine except the check in staff that gave me the wrong room. Many kudos to the Magee of that date since he was on the phone with my wife and took the time to sort it out. Unfortunately this caused a double charge in our checking account
- Clean, friendly, great breakfast -- a REAL breakfast!! Also, plenty of TV channels in English, a rarity in San Luis Potosi.
Cons -
- Not enough towels
- I was charged for a damage towel and didn?t exactly received an explanation on what was the damage to the towel. Also, everyday I had to request towels they would only leave 1-2 towels in the room. No shower curtain for the first few days of my stay.
- ONLY MY CHECK IN. Two people were reserved with the same name - everything was fixed by IVAN THE ACTING MANAGER. However, this caused an overdraft on our checking account of approximately $---.
