Mold. Pool closed. Attendant barely spoke English. Smell.

Was double charged and could not get them to fix it had to go put a fraud charge through my bank!!!

The staff are all so helpful. The lady who manages the breakfast is so kind and does her job above and beyond. We have stayed at this hotel several times lately and have been happy with each stay.

The afternoon person we checked in with was kind and amendable. She hinted there may be issues with the room and remodeling was underway and we should let them know if we had any issues.

Entering room there was a strong odor, similar to urine which they attempted to mask with a spray. Toilet had no water in tank & wouldn’t refill to flush. New front desk person was gone; we waited 10+ min. & decided to leave based on her attitude/excuses.

The moved us after discovering mold.

Yes, this hotel apparently was recently sold. It should not be open until they deal with issues. Bathrooms do not have fans and mold was obvious in the first room. The breakfast area is under construction and meal marginal. Front desk person was great

My room floor was dirty. The breakfast area was dirty. Breakfast was not good. We always use Holiday Inn and this was by far the worst.

Worth the cost, easy check in, breakfast good and I lived all the benches to sit on outside along with places to dispose of cigarette butts.

I would have rather the shower was a walk in, instead of tub.

It was decently clean

AC was loud, walls are super thin you can hear everything and someone upstairs was jumping all night. Lied about pet fee. Said it was $20 but charged 50

The staff was so friendly! Clean rooms, smelled nice when you walked in.

The water pressure in the shower was horrible.

Great location! Several surrounding restaurants and stores. They have a map and list of the surrounding options. The breakfast was great! Many options and the staff was on top of replacing things and keeping things hot. Great water pressure. Clean room.

The room was overall very clean, the pull out couch bed had no sheets and the mattress had suspicious stains, but the staff were lovely the rest of the room and hotel was clean, the breakfast was actually good.

The room was gross. It was damp and paint was peeling off the walls.

Our room was still not ready by 5 pm. We had to change in the lobby.

This was by far the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. I slept like garbage. Pool was over capacity and no towels either day. Main level hall slick with water as there were no towels. Pool was foggy. Childrens skin/eyes was burning.

Nothing. I had a horrible experience. I only stayed one night, out of the three I had reserved.

The staff tried to extort money out of me, by claiming my dog barked and made excessive noise, which never happened. They tried to charge me $250 for my dog, The room had bed bugs, and the staff was rude to me when I reported it to them.

It was in a decent location and not far from the job site.

Told I couldn't have a room on the top floor because I wasn't a diamond member TV in the room didn't work correctly most of channels spoke Spanish and they were blasting "Fox News" lies first thing in the morning during breakfast in the dining area.

The breakfast plan was great but the execution wasn¿t horrible but could have been better. When we went through about 8:30 am. There no bacon and no biscuits for the sausage gravy. There wasn¿t any attendant around to ask so we didn¿t make a scene.

Booked room at 11:55pm after flying into Omaha and went straight to CHI Lakeside to see actively dying Father. Got to hotel around 4am and staff told us was marked as no show and charged for stay. Staff made us book another stay to check in.
