- Room was great.
Cons -
- The fact that we showed up to check in and the room wasn't ready, People in the lobby that has been sitting there for hours waiting to check in. Late for a concert that we drove 8 hrs to go to only to be late
- The hotel gave our room away. We had to wait to find a room.
- No couch, they refused a different room, room constantly very humid, both ice machines close to our room didn't work, had to go to the complete opposite side of the hotel to get ice
