Location to the arena

The fact that we showed up to check in and the room wasn't ready, People in the lobby that has been sitting there for hours waiting to check in. Late for a concert that we drove 8 hrs to go to only to be late

Pool and hot tub

No couch, they refused a different room, room constantly very humid, both ice machines close to our room didn't work, had to go to the complete opposite side of the hotel to get ice

The hotel was nice, clean and welcoming.

I love the room and stay, the bed was comfortable, but could be replaced

The bathroom sink water went out slow I don't know if my room was sanitized other than that everything was great

Room, cleanliness, staff, location

The price of the hotel was great and the size of the room and bathroom was awesome! The staff was very courteous and accommodating to my need as a disabled veteran. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Location was pretty good, staff was really friendly, it was surprisingly quiet and the breakfast was better than expected.

The only thing I didn't like too much was how small the shower was, and the shower floor is very slippery.

We had no hotwater and was not told during checking, however once we were in our room and wife went to use the hotwater there was none. So I called front desk and they said they had a water problem lastnight and to turn showerandsink hotwater on for 10min

I liked that it was a Hilton Garden Inn, but it is starting to show its age.

There was a problem with getting hot water. One of their boilers for my floor went out.

Large room, a suite, comfy bed, 2 bathrooms

No hot water, ants in bathroom, mold in shower

Staff was beyond excellent! The hotel overall was excellent

The bed was harder than a flat rock. Three days and no morning room service. Had to go to the front desk for extra towels.

Location and clean im big on cleanliness and it met my expectations

Hilton and homewood suites connected and share front desk wish Hilton side does not include breakfast though rooms not any less expensive that was the only turn off you had to purchase for additional fee

The location is perfect for shopping, eating and casinos. The staff were very friendly and helpful with shuttle service available until early in the morning.

The WiFi was a little lacking but I barely stopped long enough to worry about it.

Uncontrollable - they were repaving the parking lot. Just and observation, not an inconvenience.

Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing at the desk House keeping never cleaned our room or gave us fresh towels

Staff was not very informative regarding the amenities. Just checked me in with no other information. Telephones in the rooms were not working. Hotel restaurant opened at 5pm. We did not have our on car so Staff gave misinformation re: nearest restauran

The staff was excellent.

It needs a general deep clean, surfaces are dirty on walls and doors and outside trash cans overflwoing.
