Hilton Garden Inn Tri-Cities - Kennewick

Location is good

Hotel needs a room update! Rooms are old and dated. Bed is old and furnishings are too. Breakfast was terrible even though a chef is on site. Food was old as if it had been sitting out for some time. Warm temp, not hot and I left the hotel around 8am.

The bed was awful! It was adjustable, but even on the soft setting, it was a rock! Hotel offered me another room, but that bed was awful too!

Very close to Toyota center to go to hockey game and we really like the lobby, we were able to play some board games with friends.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and very nice. The location was perfect.

We were on the 2nd floor and The hotel HVAC system was directly Outside our room window and ran constantly and was noisy in our room.
