no microwave inside the room, but its ok
It was close to everything and made it easy to get around
On the last 2 days the breakfast buffet. Was out of juice.. I mention it to staff and the next day was still out. You were out of rolls, meat limited, fruit was out.
Every time I'm there, it's great - I feel very comfy and cosy in the hotel, the hotel restaurant is nice, and everyone in the hotel is kind and friendly. I love it!
I visit the hotel on average 2-3 times a year, and every time it meets or exceeds my expectations. I love it. Spacious and clean rooms, delicious food at the restaurant and helpful team.
The rooms were very large and comfortable. Location was perfect to travel around. Easy to catch the bus or tram. Very good breakfast
Lots of construction going on
spatious room, clean, great location
Very closed to central train station and good access to Autobahn to Frankfurt/airport.
No complimentary coffee for guests like you find in hoteld in the US.
Breakfast was very nice.Room exceeded my expectations.
Shower facilities : Water didn’t stay in the shower when taking a shower
Very accommodating in our early arrival check in with prior notice (fee of course) really appreciated it. Loved the dark curtains sliding door with windows to patio. Bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure was great. Desk Staff were helpful with directions to train stations as we had driven. Breakfast selection was very good salmon/ cold cuts pastries/ lots hot food replenished quickly plus accommodated my husband’s dietary requests. Room size was good. It was a very tidy clean hotel. I noticed a lot of airline staff coming and going.
Food complaint: Ate dinner one night wasn’t a fan took too long for service and only 4 tables in dining room. Served filet meat overcooked but never saw waiter again until end of the meal.
The location is very near train station, value for money , new renovated rooms, has balcony , the bathroom is renovated
