Wifi didn¿t work, food below average, line up for reservations at a la carts, horrible check out experience, some very questionable music at family pool with some lyrics containing f-word.

Beautiful location

The one thing was the fact that there was no betting on the bed, and we really didn¿t notice until it was late. So we slept with a small old blanket and a sheet. There could¿ve been more attention to detail. I won¿t go back.

Too big. Loud music playing in the pool areas all day. Requests to front desk were ignored most of the time. Too few pool and beach lounges. Too few elevators. Food was not particularly good, just plentiful. It's a big soulless machine

The staff was most helpful. Food was okay to good.

There nightly activities were from either a bullhorn or loud speaker. You could hear them in your room even if you didn't want to. It was annoying if you wanted to sleep before 1030.

Friendly helpful staff and a resort that makes you never want to leave! Excellent quality buffet that tops all the restaurants & great variety of bars to choose from.

It truly was hard to leave as I extended my stay 2xs but the only small improvement would be having cafe snack bars for late night bites open later.

Hard to leave this beautiful paradise! ENTIRE Staff was extraordinary! Frequently vacationing in PV I stayed in several places with the last visit being with Occidental,I won¿t look back!

Beach was nice however not enough chairs or palapas

Lots to not like. A/C in room did not work-had to call the front desk 5 times before they finally moved me to a room with working A/C. Room was tiny- no window. Bathtub was old and discoloured. Very over priced for the value received.

The lobby was very nice and the gravity pool had a nice view. Nothing else!!

Wow - what didn't we like. This hotel has such false advertisement! They operate on a horrible credit system if you don't do the all-inclusive. The food and service was HORRIBLE. The bedroom/bathroom had mold. Room service very nosy and unfriendly.

People saving seats by the pool. If you didn’t set an alarm you missed out. All seats were taken by 7:30 am And who wants to set an alarm on a holiday. Some people never even used the seats. Not good. Resort is dated and rooms, stairs and hallways could be cleaner.

The buffet was great, and the staff were very nice too. We did not experience the other restaurants, however, I stopped into the little coffee shop on our first morning, and the line was very long and only one person working.

Well, part of this is my fault. I know it was not an "adults only" resort, but I felt that because we were going to be there during the week, there wouldn't be many families. I did not anticipate HOW many families were going to be there with small children, so there was only really one pool we could use, because everyone knows kids pee in the pool b/c they are kids. However, the first night we were there, I think there were a few bachelor parties, so not only was it really hard to get a drink with the bartender who was servicing walk ups (again, the line was long), but I noticed all the guys were spilling their drinks into the pool as they partied. We sat on the beach our first night, but I didn't really notice anyone servicing the beach guests. Also, the chairs were sprawled everywhere and we couldn't have a conversation without getting hit up by families trying to sell us every trinket under the sun. One after the other. Our room was decent and large and faced the ocean, which was nice, but we left the room on Sunday morning around 10:30-11am and took the "do not disturb" sign off our handle so that our room can be serviced, but we got missed. We called the front desk around 7-7:30pm I think to ask for service and nobody came, so we flagged down the staff that we saw on the floor above and they happily came in to clean. Alberto, my husband who speaks Spanish, asked them why it took so long and she said they have a staff of 20 cleaners to clean 400 rooms. Obviously, they are understaffed. However, she was super friendly, even though she had been there since morning, and she cleaned it quickly and really well. Again, part of this was our fault as we didn't gauge this correctly for how we like to travel. The staff was very friendly, but we moved hotels after 2 days, which is expensive to do something like that.

I definitely love the big pool, which is excellent for my family. The room has a nice pool and sea view. The beds were comfortable.

The dinner was not fully enjoyable; the dishes were nice, but the amount of time we spent there was incredible, perhaps 45 minutes for the entry and another 40 for the main course. The place was not whole at all, I believe less than half the place, it was cosy, and the waitress was very helpful, but simple the meals take long time to arrive.

Look elsewhere for your stay. Do not recommend

When it was raining the ceiling was dripping water and soaked the couch, my expensive makeup, and jewelry in my room and all I got was an upgrade to a different room. My jewelry and makeup is now ruined. The food was disgusting, and when I got there my room didn’t even have a fridge. I will never stay here again. Just awful.

Property location

Water leak in bathroom ceiling, mold in closet, shower head was broken, maintenance staff did not make any necessary repairs as needed.No accommodations were given after report of leak.Staff not very helpful

Avg place to stay restaurants are a headache to place a reservation. Rooms are ok food so so plus the check in is a mess
