Pros +
- The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was included and varied with fruit, various pastries, meats, and cheeses. Location was wonderful (less than 5 minutes walk to the Basilica) and only a few hundred yards from the highway).
- Room was clean. Building is new. Food was good. Grounds were nice. People were courteous.
Cons -
- The room was clean and quite spacious (although the carpeting was a bit dated). The bathroom was large, (no bathtub) and contained a very tiny shower. It seemed to only be a few feet square. Cannot imagine a person who is large being able to fit in it.
- No hand towels or wash cloths in the bathroom. I don't get why in Italy no hotel have them. Also, there was only one night stand and not enough outlets in the room to charge electronics. Pillows were hard. Door entry is via key and not key card entry.
