Close to bus and metro stops. Restaurants nearby.
It looks a little bit unsafe at night.

Clean room, daily room service, fresh towels and clean bathroom. Sheets were tidy and room service made bed every day. Compact refrigerator was great to store stuff in the room
No drinking water kept in the room. Lot of noise from the elevator which was quite some distance away. The movement was palpable and sometimes bothersome

The shower and bathroom was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great if you're not driving. Short distance from the train station.
In the four nights I stay there, I had no fresh towels, no one came to clean the room or to change the sheets, replenish my water or coffee. The room was either too cold or too hot. The thermostat wouldn't make up its mind.

Convenient location, quiet room. Breakfast is very good!
Cockroaches in the lift. What was the really unusual and unexpected is that they changed us for two small bottles of water for $11 without any prior notice or information, usually water provided as a welcome drink. Not a big deal but strange and disgusting

Well equipped walking distance to public transport, grocery store next door. National mall is ca 30 min on foot. The room is clean, beds are comfortable. Excellent choice for the price.

Good location, clean and comfortable.
When I was given my room key it was a room that already had someone else in it. Had to go get the keys redone for the correct room. Was probably quite a surprise for the person in the room when I walked in on them sleeping.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything was very clean, the staff at the front desk was helpful and efficient, and the check-in process was quick. The location is excellent very close to the main attractions. The hotel itself is modern, well-kept, and comfortable.
