Quality Inn Ruidoso

It was dirty, visible damage, holes in the wall, didn¿t look like it has been swept or mopped. It wreaked of cigarette smoke. I would rather sleep outside than this place ever

Absolutely NOTHING!

EVERYTHING. From the time of check-in to check-out it was horrible. The room was absolutely filthy; hair all over the floor, in the tub; curtains falling off the rod; TV did not work at all; the fire alarm was disabled (on purpose); NO water. MUCH MORE

some staff was friendly while others were rude answering phones and questions

i did not like all the renovations it was not mentioned when booking the room. pool, spa, elevator were all out of order. there was no turn down service i emptied trash my self. I stayed for about a week. I asked for towels and was told there was no towel

Air Conditioner was the best thing about our stay.

The room was a Micro mini room, wanted double beds got 1 queen size bed. The room was really rundown. Floor was a upswept, not mopped. Bath tub didn't want to drain. Table w/ mirror was old had gum stuck to it. Chair in the was filthy with dirt & scum.

Not much. Staff was friendly.

Check in was late. Wouldn't let us check in til 4 rather than 3. Hotel is dingy. Dirty. Pool was broken. Rooms are nasty. Stains on walls. No trash cans, no ice buckets. Comforters are stained and have holes. Everything was just yucky about this hotel.

Staff was rude we didn¿t even stay I asked for money back girl at front desk said ok when I got down stairs manager refused to give me money back room was gross bathroom was dirty like someone had just used it halls smelled like dog urine

Nothing!!!

Everything. Ac didn't work tv didn't work and staff was not helpful water in shower would not drain fast enough so had to take a Navy shower. The overall appearance reminded me on an old Marine Corps barracks!! Never again but worth the cost savings

Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Everything else needs a lot of improvement. From room, clean unless, water temperature in shower etc..

I liked nothing about this hotel, we ended up not staying here.

The room they gave us smelled like smoke, the elevator was not working, the pool was closed and we could hear big dogs on the floor they assigned us. It was not clean at all. Not sure who the staff was, people were just standing around.

No complementary shampoo, conditioner, bar of soap. The microwave was missing the glass plate inside.

Smell, leaky shower, no amenities, overall unkempt establishment. Wish I could get a refund.

Bed was horrible, room was very tiny, door handle to bathroom was broken. Price way too high for accommodations. Towels were old.

Keys to room didn't work, had to go to front desk several times. No towels in room, called front desk and they said were in wash and would take 45 minutes. Bathtub clogged up. No iron in room. TV not working.

The room was dirty like they didn’t even cleaned it and when we address it to the staff they were rude and unhelpful. I would NOT recommend it to no one.

We paid $---- per night which is ridiculous considering what it’s worth. The hotel is unclean, smells Of cigarette smoke, renovations were not complete as if contractors were in experienced. No fire alarm, additional lock, microwave and fridge. Horrib

Heater didn't work. No micro or fridge. Hole in ceiling in elevator area. Several doors were propped open with the latch because they were being worked on so it was kind of creepy. No soap in the room. Not sure if they offer shampoo but there was none.
