- Check in staff. Mold in bathroom. Did not get the room I requested.
- The people next door and there kids we up making nose and running around being loud for most of the night. Very annoying
- The room was not clean at all. The bed comforter had stains on them, my daughter's pillow had blood stains on it, the bathroom shower walls were gross!! There were blood stains on the on walls, floor in shower was disgusting. There are also some huge stains on the floors near the two beds. We stayed in room 511- I will never stay here again!!!!!!! There was mold in the shower on the drain. I'm so disappointed with this hotel- truly unacceptable. There was NO manager on premises. I asked for a manager on Saturday morning and Sunday morning before I left out. when you spend your money to stat at a hotel you want for your stay to fill like you are at home. I told my children not to walk on the carpet with shoes on due to the nastiness of the room. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to ANYONE!!!!
