Beautiful outdoor facilities. Loved the pool area. Normal rooms and very comfortable. Balcony was private with great views. The indoor bar was very nice, and bartender was super friendly. Restaurant onsite was really good and easy to get a reservation to. Check out host was very nice and explained everything well.
Not enough bartending staff at outdoor pool area during the time we were there. Unable to get a reservation at the spa and were not friendly or attempt to suggest alternative options. Plus, could not book spa reservation online. Check-in host was not very informative and hard to understand.

Clean rooms
Pool needs to be maintenanced and so does the pool area. The umbrellas in the adult pool area needs to be fixed and chairs not so crowded.

Super views and spa experience. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Will definitely come again. My spa treatment by Bryn J at the spa was first-rate and rivals what I received in Vegas at Canyon Ranch!!

Beautiful location I was disappointed that the rate we paid was cheaper but more work and time consuming on booking .com than booking directly with the resort Shouldn't have been so time consuming The resort charges for rooms should be better without searching for 3rd party deals .. I like dealing directly
That there wasn't an option to pay for food and or drinks with cash Was told at checkout at the bar after using the cabana that the staff shares tips .. which is great .. there was difficulty finding the card they were holding .. once found I needed to pay charges with the card I said I would pay the tip in cash Great she said .. but didn't tell me they already charged me 20% on the charged amount .. not happy about that since I also paid 20% percent I didn't realize that till I returned home and checked my credit card Unhappy !!!Was not informed

It is a lovely older hotel and spa....but so lovely and well taken care of . Caring and kind staff...beautiful facilities and grounds,.

Location is pretty hot

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and smelled so good. Pools were just amazing, I loved it. Stuff was always nice and helpful. Fresh cookies were definitely a plus.
Restaurants need improvement and more variety. Please need more entertainment!!!! Live music and piano bar, movie night, and a big game room.
