Four Seasons Resorts Scottsdale at Troon North

Wonderful hotel with a very large room, spacious bathroom, and well-planned walk in wardrobe.The service was excellent and made the stay even more enjoyable.

Everything was good, but for a 5-star hotel I was expecting a small complimentary touch such as fresh flowers, fruit, or a welcome gift, which would make the stay feel more special (most hotels in Europe do this)For a 5-star property in such a warm location, the pool seemed quite plain and the sun loungers rather outdated. An upgrade of this area would greatly improve the guest experience.

The hotel as a whole was nothing to speak negatively about. My issue with the hotelis the cost/value. The same sentiment was shared by the 50 people who attended rhe same wedding as I - It’s much more comparable to hotels below $350. They try to justify it in ask eye-rolling way, with a few upgrades, like l’occitane shampoo bottles or “upgrades” no one needs that them to charge more but don’t justify anywhere close to the price they charge. Maybe $500/night because of the wealth around. But $1,000?For $1000/night it better be pretty damn perfect. Luxury. This was 70% there. The staff were mostly great, don’t get me wrong. But those poor employees stand no chance against expectations that accompany a $1000 price tag.
