- Good location, parking is easily accessible, free coffee,

- Relatively clean despite how old the building is.
Cons -
- Same food for breakfast everyday, smell of weed on my floor. Front counter workers were not knowledgeable of the local area.
- No ice bucket. No water pressure in bathroom sink.
- Old, tired building. Is screaming for a renovation.
