I was not aware that this hotel observed Shabat meal. Saturday's manu was rather limited.

View was spectacular. Proximity to subway. Excellent breakfast, staff friendly and helpful. Good restaurants very near.

Good location, great view, good breakfast

A bit old-feeling

The variety of food choices. The server's willingness to get me a glass of ice when I asked.

The hotfood items were lukewarm at best, and would have been much better with just a bit more heating, or a quick zap in the microwave when served.

The property is looking a little tired around the edges but the view is fantastic and the breakfast is excellent.

The location and luxury, the place is incredibly clean and well kept, the breakfast was probably the best I ever had in Haifa and the region, the staff is nice and helpful and the hotel has almost every amenity you'd want to find including but not limited to a bar working till the late night offering drinks and food

The laundry is a service only available on certain hours instead of having a laundry room, it feels like an unnecessary over complication and uncomfortable, also the gym is operated by a separate company and their staff is rude and unfriendly, I need to clarify that the gym staff is unfriendly, not the hotel staff

Our stay at the Dan Panorama Hotel in Israel was overall very enjoyable. The room was excellent, with a beautiful view that enhanced our experience. The location is superb, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was a standout highlight—varied, delicious, and well-presented. The manager of the breakfast restaurant was exemplary, just as he was during our previous visit, consistently providing warm and attentive service. The staff member who checked us in was also very nice and welcoming, setting a positive tone for our stay. Additionally, the cleaning staff were friendly and made us feel truly welcome throughout our visit.

While many staff members were wonderful, we did encounter a few who were less friendly, particularly when it came to responding to questions or acknowledging us from a distance. A bit more attentiveness and warmth from all staff would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience.

Good

The first rooms that were given were very small and no view , and one of them had a bad smell. My room was not prepared for the third bed as requested and the room was too small for another bed. Then after i requested to change the rooms they gave us two good rooms and were clean. Another thing that was not really good is that they let us pay for the car parking and said they dont cover parkings. Later i new from the Dan center is that they were supposed to cover the parking. (Very improtant.!!)

Location is amazing, view is incredible. The lobby bar is lovely. We didn't have the breakfast this time.

The heating wasn't working which we weren't told about so we kept trying to use the AC on warm and making the room colder - when we called reception they told us the heating was broken and sent a radiator, but it would have been useful to know that. The windows aren't great and the wind/storm was bad one night and kept me awake whistling and banging through the gaps.

The price is totally overrated. Breakfast was minimal but the price was outrages.

Good location, and the breakfast was of really good quality

One of the rooms didn't have a 3rd bed. We had to ask for it. When we added the breakfast to the other room, the staff kept asking and questioning that it wasn't added for the first 3 days.

Gym opened late on Saturday. Elevator to gym not working on Sunday. Room cleaning needs more attention to detail such as replacement of teas etc

This place was great. The service was excellent. The location was great, right off the main street of Haifa, where there are many restaurants, and the station of the carmelit (the underground train) The view from the room was breathtaking. We saw the Ba'hai Garden. The German Colony and the entire Port of Haifa from the window.
