Tugboat Inn

It was very comfortable, clean, nicely appointed with a gorgeous view. The beds were very comfortable with a variety of pillow.

The only drawback I could mention was having to go down the street to a different location to check in.

The restaurant, location, and view were all fantastic!

Room had a musty smell, ac didn't really cool the room down my too much, but otherwise not too bad.

Located near everything

Tug Boat buildings need to be mark with large numbers so that you can locate your room. 5 buildings and very difficult to see the room numbers from the parking lot as well as the street. Maybe a large number relating to that particular number series?

Great location, perfectly serviceable beach front type room (cement floor, ...), roof top bar. Did not eat at the Lunch and Dinner restaurant.

Rooms are like an old motel and are very small. Noisy when people walk by pulling their suitcases over the deck flooring.

Close to water. Clean with a few spots in tub.

Staff were a bit frosty this time the EARLY checkout wasn't clear upon booking and simply doesn't fit industry standards....

Have stayed there previously and will return. It¿s in the middle of everything, rooms are neat, clean, and comfy. Staff is super nice, friendly and helpful.

This is an older hotel but was so charming! We stayed in room 332 and had a great view of the bay. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. We had a semiprivate balcony. Restaurants and shops were easy to walk to.

Location with views the bay and ability to walk to nearby food and shopping.

Rooms are a bit tight and small.

They need to open their restaurant for breakfasts. Too many restaurants near them, that normally have breakfast, are closed on the same days, leaving no options for Mondays and Tuesdays.

Outdoor deck needs to be refurbished.

Location as well as size and style of room..view from the room was a plus

The primary reason for using this hotel is the view of the harbor. In addition to the lovely views of boats, birds, seals, etc. the location is ideal for walking to shops, boat tours, restaurants/bars.

The parking is very limited and tricky. The facility is sorely needing updating(furniture & decor). The sofa in Room 335 is noticeably dirty. Also, the room smells musty upon entering.

Very poor housekeeping - cup with cigarette butts left on the balcony which was quite dirty, rooms are old and very run down, staff very hard to reach after check-in and never sent anyone to remove the cigarette cup.

Unbeatable location! Friendly staff and great service. A true Maine treasure! The igloos are genius!!!

Location is great and the motel is definitely rustic. Fair price.

Needs updates. Remove carpet and torn chair. Curtain rod is loose.

Location was perfect right on the water and close to all the local activities and shops.
