Best Western Plus Pleasanton Hotel

Very friendly staff, nice updated room , good location, hot breakfast.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. I liked the bedding. I liked the towels. I liked the soap in the bathroom. I liked the location. I liked the friendly staff.

No, but there¿s always room for improvement.

The best thing was when we left.

The Staff started knocking at 9am to tell us to get out by 11am. Then after 4 more return trips to our door walked in on my wife in her underwear without knocking. My daughter and I were standing right by the door and there was no knock.

Breakfast buffet is limited, but since the overall rate is much lower this is expected. Understand the need for such bright parking lot lights, just wish they were angeled down more towards the cars vs toward the building.

The staff was the best part of this hotel. My flight was significantly delayed and they were more than happy to assist me to ensure my room was still available for myself. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting Pleasanton, TX.

It would've been better if they had flexibility for late checkout. When I asked front desk about it, they simply said "We don't do that".

Comfy bed. Pretty furniture and fixtures.

They put a $100 hold on my debit card that stayed for days. Won¿t return because of that.

The 'happy hour' did not start till 6 or 7 p.m. but it was really supper which was nice even when it was late.

The fan in the AC unit could not be turned off so the noise was constant whether it was wanted or not. I was told to use the controls which did not work.

Hotele employee...she was the best! Also, the breakfast lady! Such warm wonderful people! And don't forget othert hotele employee! The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Plenty of hot water. very quiet.

No...pool was down due to cleaning but it RAINED every day all day we were there so no problem...also they said we could use the pool next door at the hotel...but like I said, it was an epic flood...

The room was beautiful. It was very clean and had microwave and refrigerator. AND it was reasonably priced.

There was no stool in handicapped shower.
