A bit expensive

The location, and really appreciated the shuttle service to downtown restaurants/stores! We've stayed at the Pasea next door several times, and they have set a pretty high bar.

The hotel staff was very nice. I did not receive a respectful welcome from Hotel employee, the lead hotel porter. He seemed to be bothered when I asked if they could hold our luggage until our room was ready. This left me with a negative impression of this hotel.

The location is Great and nicely kept grounds.

The toilet was broken twice, the parking is $12/day higher than neighboring resort, and room service charges a delivery fee, a service fee and expects a tip (ie. $5 DF + $5 SF + $5 tip) on an overpriced $20 wedge salad.

Beautiful resort and property. Spacious and well appointed rooms. Perfect location, close to the ocean, shopping, and restaurants. Super friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely come again!

Hidden fees to increase overall cost of stay without advertising them. Ex. Hotel fees, exhorbitant parking fees, various service fees.

Rooms were nice, beach location was good.

Not many restaurant locations on site, no restaurant was open past 9pm which I found annoying.

Great location and the hotel has everything -- restaurants, bars, shops, etc. close to all the beach activities and shopping areas of HB. Very nice staff, and the rooms were very well appointed and larger than most hotel rooms with a nice balcony

They charge a lot for parking -- no self parking valet only and it is $42 overnight.

Hotel was quiet .

First night I didn¿t sleep good. The linens was not changed and it was stink. When I sleep I usually cover my face with the blanket and oh my goodness, It¿s stink! I can¿t wait for the morning to come so I can call the front desk,.

Beautiful hotel and location. Fantastic for a family get away. Staff - outstanding. Wonderful customer service. Scratch that, exceptional people that happen to work there.  THANK YOU!

Bathrobes in the room. I think it's time to buy new ones ;) I've never seen bathrobes that worn out. But room/housekeeping very good!

The property is beautiful. We loved the pool and location.

The rooms were a bit dated.

Location and property. Beach access and resort is vast and comfortable. Daily cleaning service is wonderful service.

Beautiful hotel next to the beach. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Pools were nice. Great customer service.

Walls were thin in my room. I could hear people next door arguing 3-5 am.

Location, location, location. This hotel is perfection. The kids loved the pool. They have a mini grocery store onsite for anything you might have forgotten. They let you use the beach chairs & umbrellas for FREE.

The Adult Grotto spa and robes! It was peaceful and that water temp was perfect!

Check out at 11am is waaay tooo early!

Our room was damp, the carpet, the sheets... everything.

The staff were so kind and curteous. They allowed us to check in early and check out late without an additional fee. The food at the pool was excellent and the wait staff was very attentive.

This was very family oriented and a great location. You don’t have to leave the resort. Restaurant was delicious as well!

I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that you’re charged a resort fee and on top of that charged for valet. They don’t have self parking so their option is to park across the street at the beach, unmonitored parking lot and across an 8 lane highway.
