I liked the way they handled our tardiness.... they were so laid  back and non judgemental. Literally the best I've ever seen and  efficient.
There was a pretty significant inconvenience during my stay. It was still handled pretty well because the staff stayed kept an open mind even though we had checked in unknowingly against a hotel policy.I wouldn't of known that had a managernot told me.
