Located on Galveston Island, this resort is set on 242 acres of lush tropical gardens. It features a living rainforest, an aquarium and a 3-D theater. - The lady at the front desk was about as sweet and nice and helpful as anyone we have met.
- Pool outside
- Convenience.
Cons -
- Only thing would be the forced tips of 20 percent of room service
- The staff was not friendly, access to the hotel was blocked for hours due to an event so I was not able to use the amenities or pools. Once finally checked in, the room was in disrepair and most things were broken.
