This boutique hotel is right on Great Bay Beach, St. Maarten, and offers spacious rooms with 30-inch flat-screen cable TVs. Captain Hodge Pier is a 7 minute drive away. Featuring Caribbean décor, each room and suite provides a refrigerator and is air-conditioned. Ocean view rooms are available at the Holland House Beach Hotel. The Ocean Lounge Restaurant and Bar offers dishes made from local ingredients and fresh seafood. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests can listen to Caribbean reggae or European lounge music at the Lounge. Jet skis are available for rent at the Holland House Hotel. The Breeze Beach Boutique features various sun and beach items for sale. This hotel is in the duty-free shopping area in St. Maarten. Fort Amsterdam is a 10 minute drive away.

Pros +
- Great location on the strip. The quality of the food at the restaurant was nice. It's the best venue by beauty standards. The beach bar staff were great.
- Location, atmosphere and goof
- The location was accessible to everything. The beach was on one side and shopping was on the other. Great atmosphere inside the lobby. Friendly staff.
Cons -
- The staff could use more training on how to manage guests with 2 rooms and the deposit on the room. It created uncomfortable moments that guests paying top dollar for a room try to avoid. The strip is being rebuilt but isn't "back" yet.
- AC was way to loud, had to shut it down at night. No usb outlet, had to unplug coffee maker to charge my phone, unplugged clock to charge my IPad.
- No... The only thing I didn't like was there was stray dogs walking around on the beach. Peeing in the sand and laying around the people.
