- The location was great. The beach was great. The staff was overly friendly. But thanks to their inability to accommodate us soured my 40th bday trip. Very disappointed and will not return.

- Hotel staff is very unprofessional. Excursions salesmen at the beach were harassing us despite saying no multiple times to their attempts. Room was unclean and sheets had stains on them. When reporting them to the staff they didn?t address it.
- The room was terrible, dark,dank,humid and cold (which should not be possible) andhad ants.My friends booked later, arrived later and got a better room at a lower rate, which would have accommodated double occupancy requirements and accessibility issues.
