Hard Rock Hotel Cancun - All Inclusive

The variety of different food options and drinks. Drinks could’ve been stronger, but it was fine you can ask for another shot. I had a great time. Wish I stayed longer and wish they had more entertainment.

Feel like the under performed compared to the other hard rocks. Hotel is under maintenance which is great. Definitely need a big upgrade. The steak options were great, but did have lots of fat. Some dishes were extremely salty.

I loved the nightly entertainment inside the hotel with the music. I liked that it wasn't dead and boring. Really loved how many options for food there was. Loved Hotel Employee. The steak at Toro was wonderful.

I didn't like how we got the towels for the beach. Would have been better if they were handing them out as you walked out the back door. Another hotel in Cancun did it this way and it was so much more convenient and no card to keep up with.

Cleanliness, great pool, beach access

Lots of teenagers/kids, indoor bar area not very big/slow, Our toilet ?screamed? every time you flushed

Absolutely nothing

Staff was not friendly or helpful. They were double charging all our transportation (charges to room and in person at the front). When it came down to check out, they were not willing to even hear me explain the situation. They just logged between them.

The location and the grand entrance and the pool area.

The dated rooms and very dirty jacuzzi. The hallway's and restaurant's AC were not at cool temperatures at all. The only decent liquor was Bacardi Silver and were always running out it and would not replace it.

The food, pool and views.

Staff is clueless. Hotel is more catered to members even though most of the guests aren?t members. Timing for everything is off. Pool closes at 8pm all restaurants close at 10pm. Swim up bar doesn?t open until 11am. Not for me

The theme and the layout of the hotel

Parts of the restaurants were closed. Example the sushi part of the Asian restaurant was closed. The balcony door was broken and wouldn¿t open. Had to call maintenance up twice to open it. The restaurants were very low quality. Way to busy and no relaxing

I enjoyed the rooms layout and view, but the bathroom light bulb was dim in the shower. Additionally, the surfaces under the TV and in the coffee area were not clean, with dust on the coffee machine and cup stains, which is unexpected for a 5-star hotel.

Nearly every day, we had to repeatedly request umbrellas from the staff at the beach, which is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. This consistently made the experience frustrating.

It was all inclusive which means we didn't pay for any food or drinks.

The hotel is dirty. There's a lot of stains every where.

What I liked it was entertaining the staff was ok the food was ok there was not many options

They was to hard on pushing us to join the resort club on my last night there they put a charge on my room for transportation that I didn¿t not use we used a transportation company off the resort but i still had to pay to leave basically just took my cash

This was probably the worst hotel I¿ve been in in a long time. My wife and I were so excited to spend five days here. The first day was a waste because they put us in a horrible room. We use the Jacuzzi and there was a reddish brown film around the entire

They need to improve their check in and check out process. They need more restaurants and night entertainment.

vacation planners need to work on their delivery- too pushy and not friendly. From the moment you walk into the hotel vocation planners are right there questioning you!!

The service and the food was really good. It was clean everywhere.

The timeshare people will attack you. It isn¿t the experience anyone wants.

The proximity to pool and beach. Check in process and checkout process were quick and easy. We also had a late flight so we were allowed to stay in the hotel until 3pm which worked out perfectly.

The food was subpar compared to other all inclusive. Limited food options. And some of the restaurant staff were not as friendly as others. We traveled with a group of about 23 people and around 10 rooms.

We liked the pool and the activities the most.

Not all the restaurants were open and the tequila and beer choices were not very good.

Room and staff were excellent. Mostly loved the music everywhere. Beautiful view from the room, will go there again!!!

Food. Breakfast was GREAT, best meal of the day. The steak house was also GREAT. The rest of the restaurants were lacking, just did not enjoy the food.
