Great food and service

The beach was really not accessible, too much seaweed and the water is brown and cloudy. Smells bad too. Also, the constant upselling and promotions are annoying.

Location is good

The staff was extremely unhelpful and the hotel was run poorly. The staff definitely did not care to help or make the experience pleasant which was a disappointment for the exorbitant amount we were charged. I get they were very busy but really no excuse

Allowed smoking in the pool area Resort's seller abording all the time Too much delay to be ride inside the resort.

Service was excellent. Lots of activities!

Upon check in was told our room was in another area of the hotel (not with our group of 20) and then paid an additional 500 to stay with our group in a "honeymoon suite" which was supposed to come with additional amenities but actually didn't.

1. Really bad experience with service. We have to call multiple times for extra beds. They didn't provide an extra blanket for bed. It came after 2 days. 2. We were not able to sleep for 3 nights. There was a raccoon somewhere and it was making noise t

Comfortable bed. PERIOD.

SUPER HARD TO GET AROUND/ NO HELP FOR ROOM CHANGE. I CAME FOR A CONFRENCE IN THE SUNRISE BOOKED A ROOM IN THE SUNRISE. THEY PUT ME IN THE NIZUC-SUPER FAR AWAY! DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE THE HUGE PLACE, NO SIGNS, SURLY STAFF REFUSED CARTTRANSPORT. FOOD AWFU1!

I liked the service the staff was doing there best to help provide the best service

Alot of the rooms were outdated and needed fixing first room sink and toilet was down needed maintenance they we had to change rooms and in the next room the lights were not working

Excellent food/meals, super clean, extremely responsive staff, bilingual, well maintained.

Only complaints: the room would not get cold enough (for me) at night. I¿m from IN and like it cold! And the hotel pushed a little too hard for their future vacation package plan and spend now save later sales. Otherwise excellent!

The resort is huge. There are activities all day. you have plenty to explore around the resort. The playroom is very good. Staff in playroom is kind and patient to kids.

There is one elevator in my room building.

Check in was at 3 but room was not ready till 5pm and wasted the whole day. Rooms are called ocean view but they are not on the ocean front. Keep this in mind that this resort is good for foreign standard but not to US

The food was great. Lack of authentic culture and activities to share with guest but everything else was superb. Saw staff cleaning the floors and walls every single night. Show they take cleanliness as top priority. The restaurants had great food.

Yes did not like that it is so big and you have to take the big bus but glad it was provided. I think there was a lack of culture but my experience overall was amazing. Definitely plan on going back.

Resort is huge with a lot of good quality restaurants

No transportation from the airport was provided. Had to pay for taxi. No transportation to go to downtown or hotel zone. Some restaurants were closed due to private events.

The staff attention was amazing specially Flor Manrique that works in the pool. She remembered our names and our drinks. She made our time memorable.

The beach is dirty!! No clear water in sight! Literally looks black!! The food is all buffet style. Gross! The food quality is no where near fine dining. The food did not taste good. We would order room service and the food would arrive cold! Bad servic

The service is awesome, I will like to take the time and thanks Staff  from The Gondola restaurant, he made my stay the best by far!!! Me and my girl reserved The Cava for a romantic dinner and he and Staff the Sommelier where amazing!!!
