Green Valley Ranch Casino Resort Spa

The location is perfect visiting family locally. The room is large with a great view, I love the bed and tub. We all enjoyed the beautiful beach pool even though the water was very cold. Everything is very clean and everyone is helpful and nice.

They're currently remodeling the suites and lobby, but there is minimal construction noise. And I didn't hear any construction noise from my room on the top floo

The grounds, location and vibes.

The room had to many negative issues. The furniture door for the fridge was off the hinge. The toilet didn't flush properly and the sink was backed up. The engineer came to fix but it didn't work well over all. The key card didn't work properly.

Very clean, very friendly staff, and the Casino had everything we wanted to do there

Everything is there. Great vibes. Awesome pool and staff. Clean and fun.

Shower didn't drain well. Had about a inch of water while taking a shower. Ac didn't work very well. Got really hot in the room

The room was clean and spacious and very nice, the restaurants are amazing, and the pool is fantastic.

The pool doesn?t open until 10am which is frustrating when you?d like to use it the final day of checkout.

The surprise $50/night amenities charge I was billed after leaving. Watch out! To get from one part of the hotel /casino it can take 2 different elevators. A large property.

A dirty sock on the floor. Makeup smear on mirror. One USB plug didn't work.

i liked that the hotel had a casino for the adults and a theater and arcade for the kids. They also had a food court.

There were a number of interactions we had with front desk staff, and we received different answers depending on who we talked to. They were not on the same page and disorganized. It took time out of our vacation having to get things straight with them.

Everything was closed except one pool and yet we paid a resort fee. Also extremely noisy. People drunk and running down the hall at 3am.

The heating in the room was not working very well. Also could not shut the shower water off with the handle. It dripped all night long.. Their mechanical system needs a lot of work.

The hotel was very clean and the decor was very nice.

The parking garage is a very far distance from the rooms. We saw a lot of elderly people in the hotel. It was very inconvenient to go in and out of the hotel because of the distance. It's really ashame because everything else was very nice.

Very dated. For the price you should have a room stocked with towels, toiletries, refrigerator iron, microwave and coffee pot. Had to call twice to get what we were missing. Sink gurgled and drain stunk. Very expensive for what it is. Restaurants $$

Isolated location conducive to being peaceful and quiet place. The hotel was quiet and not busy with lots of noisy people roaming around.

Nostalgic for us. We have been there many times for our anniversary in the past. We?ve recently moved back to the area and were able to get to go back, this year.

For the price of rooms, they need to update the furnishings. It?s been the same for years. It?s taken some wear and tear. We also had neighbors next to us that were LOUD woke us up BOTH mornings before 7:00 am. We work, would?ve been nice to sleep in

The lobby and pool looks nice but since we were only there for 8 hours we didn't use the pool.

The rooms are not nice. They gave us 2 towels. The sink was clogged. The shower tiles looked super outdated and just old. Not a 5-star hotel or even a 4-star.

Things did not work in room (fridge knob broken, shower very hard to fully turn off), room service food was meh, not enough towels or toilet paper, yuck room deco, pool was closed for season but price did not reflect this, smokey smell on main floors

The hotel is three stars not five stars. The hotel has TVs from 2005 in the bedrooms desperately need a renovation.
