Drinks were very inconsistent at best. Elevator was horrible. Most the time didn’t work at all. Flies were very bothersome. Couldn’t even enjoy eating outside and some indoor restaurants due to flies. Staff was good but they always seem to wanted a tip.

The location is amazing. The hotel is on a beautiful gated property and right next to Quivera golf course.

I was very disappointed that we paid for a Towers room. This is already more expensive than a regular room and is supposed to come with more perks, additional beverage choices, etc. Unfortunately, the hotel still wanted to upcharge us for certain drinks.

Food was good

It’s not a real all inclusive, everything is an upcharge and the staff always expects tips. Also can’t swim in the beach

The beds were very comfortable. Food wise - At Peninsula, I strongly recommend trying both of these appetizers - the clam and tuna - they were both AMAZING. For desert the corn cake and the molten chocolate cake were both WONDERFUL!

Upon check in we didn't receive a map, any information on the resort and access to sister resorts, or what is included with our "all inclusive" verses an extra charge. Didn't care for being treated differently due to not having a black wrist band.

Staff friendliness

They didn?t give us room type we paid for initially. Shower had lukewarm water, we had to ask to fix issue and also with toilet not flushing well ? Room service was extremely slow, food was late, cold and order was incomplete!

Incredible views with impeccable service. The food really was top tier and I had some of the best meals in recent memory during every night of our stay.

Our room had some slight quirks, like some of the light switches also controlled outlets as well as lights controlled by OTHER switches, so you had to have specific switches on and off to get the lights off, but the outlets on

The location is away from other resorts which is great = less people!! The staff is AMAZING. Always willing to go above to make their guests happy.

Not everything is All inclusive. There should not be "up-charges" at an all inclusive resort.

Beautiful location

Every meal and drink required a digital checkout procedure, which required approval or denial of a tip. For an ?all-inclusive? hotel, we found this process to be annoying.

Extra charges for everything . Very poor transportation system from one hotel to another long lines. Spent over two hundred on cab fares going to and from hotel. Transportation is not included .Food was not memorable. Would not recommend. Staff was not h

Location was good. There was a quiet pool and party type pool. Food was good. Resort was clean. Pool chairs were nice. Restaurants were nice.

Umbrella scratched my husbands back and it bled. They did nothing. Fly in my drink, they did nothing. Told them it was our anniversary and could I order something special, they acknowledged my request and then did nothing. Flies all over

They would call if you did not scan your bracelet to close out your tab. I hated having to go back or be tracked done to close out a bill that¿s $0

The service of the staff and the kindness and the food. The hotel was beautiful!

It got noisy in the evening in our room for two of the nights. It was taken care of after calling guest services.

Friendly staff, lovely grounds , nice pools and overall ambiance. Three restaurants to choose from and food was decent. Beach is not swimmable as waters are too rough since resort faces Pacific. Nice beach walk over to Quivira golf club.

Rooms need updating - small bathroom and uncomfortable room seating area although the balcony/patio area is decent size to enjoy views.

View and security

Claimed all inclusive but hit up the entire time for tips so we didn¿t receive the level of service we paid for. Food was mediocre, butler served us no purpose and definitely not worth $--- per night. --- maybe. Hot tub was broken 2 of our three day

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Food quality is excellent and the staff truly care to to provide a first class dining experience. The grounds are maintained impeccably as are the pools. Maintenance staff are efficient and do a great job.

The resort was in the perfect location. Our butler provided excellent service and contacted us before we arrived, answered questions, and make reservations.

Food was just OK. Spent more time at the Sunset resort next door for meals.

Easy to get shuttle to Sunset and Quivira. Access to quivira golf. Breakfast smoothies were great

Pool umbrellas are stationary so finding shade after noon was impossible. Small hotel rooms and bathrooms. Food was not very good. Service was hit or miss. Room categories are not accurate, ocean view is anything not on bottom floor.
