Location fantastic. Quietness, Cleanliness, and room setup.
Valet was not easy to access (errors with the text options, QR, and when going downstairs to ask in-person confusion among staff and long wait to receive car).Thermostat was confusing.

Breakfast was great. I am gluten intolerant and the staff made special efforts to prepare my meal to my specifications. Loved the valet parking. Sent text & by the time we got to the lobby our vehicle was ready. Staff very friendly, polite and a pleasure to know.
