- Polite staff, great food (especially the Indian restaurant- Taj), & cleanliness.
- We did not have good experience. We booked this resort because it said adults only but it was not there were so many kids. They gave combine adults and family resort which is misleading to customer.
- This is my second time staying at the hideaway and I will definitely be back. I love that we had access to both the hideaway and the Royalton property as well as the restaurant options and entertainment options.
Cons -
- Lost hotel bracelet costs $150 per day penalty!! This is robbery. My bracelet came off in the pool somewhere.
- The hotel was not clean at all. Staff was working hard but management is not doing there job.
- The drinks can be a little watered down if you like mixed drinks. Room service took 3+ hours to come when they claimed it would be 45 min. We were asleep before they could bring it.
