Cons -
- The room was filthy hadn't been cleaned. The construction staff in the am was loud with one guy singing. Completely disregarding the sleep pf any guests there.
- Noise, ground floor room, sound was amplified in the hallway, like an echo chamber. People talking and laughing, using the laundry facilities at midnight, employees banging dishes at 4:30 am, hard to get a decent nights rest.
- Did not like the toilet leaking, told the front desk, sent maintenance in room without me being present, even though it could have waited until morning since shut off the water, told them did not need to be done in the night. Downgraded rating as result.
