Location and car Parking

Bugs in the bedroom, poor air quality in the room, and the AC make it worse. The Wi-Fi is unusable, and finally, the bed is not comfortable.

I faced a problem with the rental car that the hotel kindly helped me to solve

Not far from BYG airport. Parking for car.

Sound isolation could be better. There was no tea/coffee cups in room.

The rooms are excellent, as is the restaurant. The staff are warm and friendly. There is nothing to fault.

Very good hotel for one night, close to the airport

Breakfast was too poor!

We went for a wedding and it was a lovely clean hotel. The staff were amazing friendly and helpful.

Breakfast in the morning was ok not much choice but not bad for £10 each. Coffee was great. Evening meal wouldn't recommend.

Jacuzzi bath

I got locked into the bath room for an hour, not ideal but could have been worse lucky I was not in the room by myself. Quick action taken, spent the rest of the week with no lock on the bathroom door.....not good experience. Breakfast, was not happy with the choices for breakfast.

The reception staff should receive a hospitality training. The breakfast was poor and every morning I had to find the receptionist (no one else was present at the bar) to request for a coffee. One morning I requested 2 coffees to go (during the breakfast time) because my husband and I had a taxi picking us up at a specified hour. 12 minutes later I asked if the coffees were ready and the receptionist told me to wait. Needless to say, we left without the coffee. The room was poorly equipped - it didn’t have slippers nor toiletries. Overall, it does not deserve to be rated as a four stars hotel.

Great little hidden gem, next to our office. Breakfast option was small, that could be better. Overall all good.

small tv, fixed to wall to high to watch from bed (since it is cheap TN matrix screen, too dark from lower viewing angle)
