Comfort Inn & Suites Franklin East

The most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever slept on. Clean room. Okay breakfast. Reasonable price.

Staff was rude, dried urine on bathroom floor and bottom of toilet and staff refused to clean it.

The mexican restaurant at the top of the hill.

I reserved 2 queen bed room, but was given 1 king bed. Was told by the front desk that I would receive a discount from the manager. Called numerous times and left messages for the manager. Never got my discount.

The cost of this room was over--- dollars for one night. The room looked and smelled terrible. They didn't even have the right size toilet seat for the toilet.....

The toilet did not function properly..It constantly ran, the handle had to be giggled.

The pool didnt work and was not told. Till after check.in stayed one night then went to another hotel where the pool worked and lot more nicer

I didn¿t like anything about this hotel.

This was probably the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. There was debris all over the carpet. It couldn¿t have been vacuumed for several weeks at the very least. There was also a plastic bottle cap left on the floor. The bathtub drain was full of hair.

it was not over booked it was not full to capacity

elevator was very noisy squeaky when it opened and closed, the room had a funky smell a little musty, the floor of the shower was slippery and the refrigerator did not get very cold

Nice well maintained property. Good location right off I-65. Room was spacious and in great shape. No issues with room.

Breakfast was my only negative. Coffee ran out and scrabbled eggs and meat were gone and not replaced. Several customers were complaining about this while breakfast staff was outside smoking. One customer asked about eggs and was told bfast was about over

roaches found in room. Staff changed room and next morning when checking out staff member questioned if "that's the room where it had happened before". Will be wary of any future Comfort Inn bookings to say the least.

Good location from the highway Staff is very nice and helpful. Good pool area breakfast is great, lots of options

It was clean and updated. The breakfast in the morning was great!

There just wasn¿t many restaurants near the hotel

all was great, especially the staff and the superb water pressure for the shower

Easy friendly check-in. Stayed in an accessible room which was spacious! Easy access to I-65 less than 1 minute

Clean room, very comfortable bed and plenty of pillows . Breakfast was good.

I had just had knee replacement surgury two weeks prior to my stay. The lady at the desk not only went and found a luggage cart for me, she rolled it to my car for me, even though she herself had her arm in a cast. All the staff was extremely friendly.

What a wonderful hotel! Quiet, comfy, perfect... In addition, less than a block away is a Mexican restaurant that doubled as a sports bar and had a rock group playing (with a dance floor). How fun is that? 5 stars!!!

The pool was great. Good exercise room Beds were comfortable and both the room and bathroom were spacious. Breakfast was good Staff overall were great

the staff was nasty and argued with us about our rooms as they were to be doubles not king rooms. My son went to room to take shower and slipped and fell in shower. Busted up his leg and foot, told front desk about incident she did nothing!!!
