Proximity to bus because it is 16 kilometers outside of San Sebastian.

No liked the neighborhood and the locals at the Café

Good location, free parking, very clean, comfortable bed, friendly efficient staff. Complimentary hot drinks and a microwave to heat food (croissants in our case) at any time.

What is good about the hotel is its location and staff. Close to the city center (if you are with car).Staff was friendly - it was easy to get information, no problems with checking in or out, or getting answers to questions. Parking isn't big, but the nearby street is a dead end with enough space to park if you arrive late at night and all parking places are taken.

The room was too small and the bed was not comfortable at all. Matress was soft and when you lie down the legs are higher than your head (?). I understand that this is the middle of the tourist season, but for such a price, even in Madrid or Barcelona, we had big, comfortable rooms in 4-star hotels...

The room was clean and comfortable enough, although very small. We were travelling with two bicycles which made it quite cramped for us but without bikes it would but small but sufficient.

The room was large and comfortable. Beds were also comfortable. The staff was friendly and gave great suggestions for restaurants and how to get around. Great value8ì!

Immaculate, modern, bright, and airy hotel. Our room was spacious and spotless, with large windows and a big modern bathroom. The reception person was friendly and helpful, with a coffee station next to it. Across the road is a bar with food, and a small shop.

Great little hotel, friendly and professional staff, nice rooms (ask for number 26) with pleasant views. Quiet at night, internet connected tv, paid breakfast available and vending machine and free coffee in foyer. Recommended.

Very nice, new, clean rooms. Very comfortable stay. Friendly receptionist. We very appreciate the common kitchen corner with microwave, coffee machine and tea.

No bad items, but more like suggestions to add to the rooms a place to hang your jacket, and to put a (small) fridge in the rooms, it would make a huge difference!

Excellent buffet breakfast each morning. Comfortable room. The receptionist, Rehina, was most helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Good 5 minutes walk to bus stop, 15 mins easy walk to the town centre/train station.

There is no reception personnel in the afternoon. We could not get into the hotel. The code was not working, neither on the hotel door nor the room. There was a 24 h number to call but no one answered. Eventually responded to WhatsApp message and was able to open door for us until her shift started later in afternoon. The air con was not cooling. The TV was not working. The breakfast staff was 10 min. late, then she started preparation.

Excellent communication with the hotel before our arrival, and confirming we could safely store our bikes.The reception was great, such a friendly and helpful young lady.Modern, uncluttered decor, nice to have a coffee machine for guests.Very good breakfast ( additional cost).

Nothing. The hotel is 8 or 9 kilometres from the centre of town so mught not suit some people. Excellent mainly traffic free bike paths, so it suited us.

Room was clean & smartly presented. Lovely little coffee bar area with free coffee & tea which was great. Easy bus journey into San Sebastián too, and local bars & restaurants in Errenteria.

It would have been helpful to have more local information readily available, for example about the bus into San Sebastián and the location of the lift down into town. The staff were helpful & showed us, but only when we asked.
