The staff just needs better customer service, even at the restaurant they were rude

beautiful location for Fall in Sedona. Nice short hike behind resort. Restaurant was OK - convenient to not have to drive into town. Fireplace in room was awesome with fresh cut wood made available. Would definitely go back!

Nothing there were ants place was and clean

No air-conditioning The room was not clean or the patio ants all over the patio there was nothing that I would recommend about this resort.

An amazing retreat into the most beautiful forest in Arizona. A light rain cooled the air with the clean scent of pine. The rental was a deluxe 2 story unit and extremely clean, provided with firewood for the 3 fireplaces. 3 televisions with Direct Tv.

We had to eventually leave.

NO A/C, very hot upstairs all Night. For the money charged NO AIR in AZ ? Two lane road to get there gets backed up

Perfect location in the woods 1/2 mile from slide rock.. only about 15 min to Sedona.. very quiet and relaxing location with good restaurant

The room was beautifully decorated and the restaurant offered great selections for a free breakfast.

We had difficulty sleeping due to mice in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. We contacted the front desk but they said that was simply part of being in a forested area and refused to make any adjustments. Camping experience at resort prices.

It was as comfortable as being in my own home. And the setting was spectacular! It is in a canyon, surrounded by forest with a creek running beside the wrap around deck, A five star experience in the woods.

We enjoy the location along the Oak Creek Canyon. The ambiance of the natural setting coupled with a comfortable and cozy resort home create a relaxing, restorative experience.

Location

Poor management. Hotel staff allowed check in to the other guest instead of me and charged the card twice. There was poor service at the breakfast and they ran out of food. Manager did not offer to make it up for the inconvenience in any way.

The best value, great roomy place, beautiful views, balcony, fireplaces, etc.

Very comfortable 1 bedroom,large deck overlooking creek with about 300' vertical rock face 150 yards away. Two fireplaces,just overall comfortable. Far enough away from Sedona to be away from crowds-close enough for easy access.

The restaurant was closed and nothing close by for food- Room we had in serious need of updating, countertops old and peeling back, room dark and dingy, TV didn't work, dirty wash cloths in shower

We loved the room, it was huge and luxurious. There was an amazing view of the river and the staff was amazing. there was also a great selection of DVDs that were complimentary and wood in the room for a toasty and romantic fire. We loved it.

Hotel employee is absolutely phenominal

It gave me all the feeling of being in a cabin in the woods. The views where breath taking.

No hot water and wet fire wood

The tub on the ground floor would not drain unless you placed a wet face cloth on the lever. No recycling options.Front door dead lock was not functioning and the door had a huge draft.

We've stayed at Junipine many times over the last few decades and they never disappoint. This time, even though I made my reservation through Booking.com, the front desk worked directly with me to make sure I had two downstairs bedrooms since we were traveling with our two elderly mothers. (some units have the 2nd bedroom upstairs). They also made sure the 2nd cabin we rented was next door. Then...I forgot to bring the toilet raiser for the mothers. I called the front desk to see if they had one we could use, they did not, BUT THEY WENT TO THE STORE AND PURCHASED ONE FOR US. Service is above and beyond. The front desk staff is amazing and will do anything to make your stay perfect. We stayed in # 11 and # 12. #11 is one of my favorites since it's on the end and has a huge wrap around deck. There is a great hiking trail across the creek that's always nice to get out and walk.

No snow - haha, but that's out of their control. Everything was perfect as usual.

I enjoyed everything about my stay the porch was very nice but the tables and chairs porch could use a little of cleaning it should be part of the cleaning as well ..other then that everything was great ..
