- The pool and lovation
- The room size for our group was comfortable and cozy
- Perfect stay We've stayed a few times before, this is the best resort in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Our 2 bedroom villa was perfect, the grounds are very tropical. Shout out to hotel employee @check in June @aqua aerobics and everyone!See all next year cant wait!
Cons -
- The parking fee is ridiculous and to expensive. Also we stayed neared the st Augustine pool, the lights were so bright at night. They need to turn them off at night
- In the showers, the floors are incredibly slippery. Should have some grip stuff on the floors.
- My room was not ready after planning his trip 3 months in advance and getting to the hotel after 530pm. Late check out is at 12pm and they charge you $10 per package as a handling fee if you have an Amazon package delivered there.
