Benmiller Inn & Spa

This is an old mill / house that has been converted and kept the historical feel.

Parking is a little tight because of the location on the river, but not anything major.

Beautiful surroundings and lodging; picturesque scenery; spacious room¿ the accommodation was more than I had hoped for. Friendly and attentive staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room were dingy and outdated. Carpet stains, faded chairs, terrible mattress, colours and furnishings out dated. No window covering at the top of the window so no way to stop light to sleep in.

For the price I expected it to be much nicer than it was, I was very disappointed with the very tiny electric fireplace. When it said fireplace I expected to be able to see it while sitting somewhere other than on the floor in front of it!

overpriced for the quality of the room compaired to what I have experienced elsewhere. For the price regardless of whether purchased online or not for $--- I think they could have included breakfast!

Old and tired decor, dining room was closed because of installing a new floor but there's no where else around to eat.... pool was closed, TV was not a smart TV and had terrible selection of channels.

Beautiful scenery. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

A bit run down. Some things need to be updated. We had a sewer problem in our spa room and were downgraded to a classic room. Given a $50 rebate. Which I thought was kinda cheap

Our room was very nice and clean. The view was fantastic. It was nice to have a coffee machine and a bar fridge in the room. We didn't see much staff but the ones that we did see were wonderful. The parking lot was ploughed and shoveled quickly after snowfall. The hot tub was nice.

The pool temperature was cold considering that it was supposed to be heated. The hot tub didn't have very strong jets but it was nice and hot! Our spa package ended up being cancelled due to staff not being able to get in to work due to roads being closed due to nasty weather.

What a great historical location.It's an old building, not updated, but fitting.Great service and wonderful food!

The sidewalks were covered in ice with no salt or sand...I fell extremely hard, hit my head and back on ice on our way back to our room after dinner....still sore

The food was amazing at the main Inn.

We were placed in a rm above the pool that was musty the first night but changed to another rm that night no spa features were provided as we had pd for ,bed was comfortable but lost internet with no TV. In morning the shower had no water turned on so we canceled our second day stay. We were reimbursed after a few days,had to travel to other building back and forth from outside in the rain but was not told of a convention going on to be placed in other building off site. Buildings and rims very dated. Some of the staff were not very friendly and condescending. Beautiful area but not worth the money except for the food it's outstanding.

When we got there, we didn't realize there were so many steps everywhere. Number two, we got to the room and the bed was broken.And number three, just general maintenance is very poor the pool was cold. The hot tub wasn't clean.
