- The staff were amazing. Friendly, welcoming and helpful
- The staff were friendly and gracious, the room was clean and well appointed, the roof patio was wonderful, and the location is excellent. There were many restaurants to choose from an easy walk from the Hotel. You will not be disappointed here!
Cons -
- The parking situation is atrocious. The only options are $55 / day valet, or hoping that you can find a spot on the street. We spent an hour looping around trying to find parking after traveling for 6 hours. I was extremely frustrated.
- Loud. Dirty. Has to switch rooms. And the 2nd room was Dirty as well. Restaurant isn’t open until weekend. No microwave anywhere on site . Woke up to garbage men clanking around at 730 am for 10 min. I had a horrible stay.
- The the bedding was dirty, the floors were sticky, there was really bad patch jobs on the walls. The front desk person was not nice at all. I checked in at 1:30AM from the airport and there appeared to be ladies of the night walking in at the same time.
