The location is great. Great value for a nice clean room. Nice staff. Gave us a complimentary late checkout even with it being the weekend. Would stay here again!

Nice location, close to shops, restaurants, public transportation etc.
The vent fan in the bathroom needs cleaning. It needs sound proofing.

Great location in Little Italy. Valet parking. Late check out. Awesome rooftop restaurant bar with a lovely staff. Happy hour prices. Cute little pool. The beds were super comfy. And they gave smart tvs!! And great heating and A/C. Would 100% recommend.

I had a great experience staying at the hotel. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with a nice bathroom that was exceptionally clean. The air conditioning worked well, and the overall cleanliness of the room was impressive. The pleasant aroma in the room was also a nice touch.I was delighted to find that the hotel had a bar and restaurant built-in, making it convenient to have meals without having to leave the premises. The amenities were well-kept, and I appreciated that they even provided a microwave in the room - a nice addition that added to the convenience and comfort of my stay.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The cleanliness, amenities, and attention to detail make it an excellent choice.
Although I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel, there were a couple of issues with the check-in process. It took a long time, not just for me but for other guests too. The receptionist was pleasant, but I believe the hotel policies and paperwork could be streamlined by making it available online. This would make the check-in process much simpler and quicker.Despite arriving at the hotel at the recommended check-in time of 3:00 PM, a line had already formed. While waiting in line, I was informed that it would take an hour for me and my girlfriend to get checked in. Although I don't mind waiting, the delay caused us to be late for our scheduled food tour in Little Italy.Overall, while the check-in process could be improved, it did not significantly detract from our overall experience at the hotel. I would still recommend it to others, but with the caveat to be prepared for a potentially long check-in process.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for us. A short walk to Little Italy Saturday Market and lots of dining options and walkable to the Marina with good tour options.
The property is a little tired and definitely not the Hilton but it met our expectations, price and location.

Good location, lots of places nearby and very walkable, rooftop pool although very small, restaurant with a nice view. Held our bags for us.
Bathroom was dirty (clumps of hair still in the shower) and AC unit dripped. It was above the doorway of the bathroom. Very noisy, you could hear everything outside. Very little sound proofing. $75 to check in early, no thank you.

Everything about the room was great, beds were comfortable, pillows were fine, it's was just great. However....
However the blow dryer kept getting hot and Lil sparks started to show at the back of the blow dryer. Also this particular weekend whoever was staying above us, they kept either moving furniture or some type of sliding door, & I'm talking about late night after 1am. whatever they were doing it was loud, stomping, you could really hear like idmf they were moving thing around. Other than that, I didn't like how the vent in the restroom sounded like it was gonna give out.
