The location

The tube drain & handle were defective. The Celling paint by the sink was cracked. Hair on the celling in the bathroom. Microwave was dirty. The floor has dried food on it. The bed console light was defective.

Location and Bar Young lady was Perfect. Extremely professional and Friendly.The service at the Hotel was horrible! We had to hunt down House Cleaning to get Clean Towels. Linen was not possible. No front fest Help!

First the Hotel itself is in the Perfert location! The staff is minimal and needs to be upgraded. We arrived Thursday evening and departed on Monday Am. We never got Clean towels at all. I had to hunt down the House Cleaning Cart for 4 days !

Staff and valets

Put in a handicap room, used lipstick tube on floor of room. $28 for overnight parking, plus tip is too much. Won't stay again

The hotel itself was great! It's a cool old building but the inside is a good mesh of classic and modern. The staff was also super helpful in rectifying a couple of issues that came up.

The key card seemed to start working the next morning when I went for breakfast. Online reviews suggest this is something that has happened before. Seems like maybe a technical glitch, but staff helped quickly. Location may still be a work in progress.

Parking is 29$ a day and breakfast is 17$ way to high

There was little to no heat in room(s). Cold air was actually blowing on heat mode for the majority of my/our stay. The staff were not helpful & indifferent. Staff stole 2 perfume bottles out of my makeup bag.

Clean bathroom tiles . More towels for 4 nights. Answer your phone I could not get television on .

Dirty!

The area looks unsafe. The valet are not available or at times are unwilling to park your car or go get it. The parking area is not well lit. I had to park my own car at 9 pm. Thankfully, a friend escorted me from my car to ensure my safety.

Nothing - a/c was out in certain areas of the hotel. Amenities they stated they had on site - bar and restaurant - were not operational.

Everything! Rooms were dated. Amenities (restaurant and bar) they said they had were not operational. Location is horrible! Blighted, abandoned buildings surround this hotel.

Air conditioning didn?t work. I had to move rooms three times. Mini fridge conked out, no tv reception for five of the six days.

The staff on May 9th was really great but the staff on May 10 were horrible and not helpful

There is no parking so you have to use the valet parking whichis an extra $30. Then after I left they charged me an extra $190.46 To my Credit card and trying to get it credited back to me was aweful. Ripoff to a handicap person.

The entrance of the hotel is spectacular! It's picture perfect if you want to take pictures.

The carpet in my hotel room (531) was stained with old "blood" or something red. I reported it and maintenance attempted to clean it and left the floor wet. We were absolutely exhausted when we returned and covered it up with towels. It was Disgusting!

The valet was super sweet and helpful

the room was filthy and smelled like cigarettes. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was not cooked all the way. We were so tired after a 6 hour drive that we just paid and went to bed.

Location

Was not told I was being charged for parking each night, no one ever cleaned our room the entire 3 night stay, and no one bring us clean sheets after requesting to get room and bedding changed. Was even charged 16 dollars for breakfast for small amounts.

All the staff is simply amazing!From the people at the front desk(I wish I remembered all their names), the lady that make the wonderful omelets to housekeeping. Hotel employee at the front desk is absolutely awesome!

I feel like the bathroom floors could be a little cleaner; however the room was reallt nice.

The staff was absolutely amazing, When I girst arrived was at the front and she was wonderful. The location holds alot of history and the decor of the hotel was nice

The only thing, I wish the bathroom floor was a little cleaner, but the room and the bathroom it's self was nice!

Very clean and staff were professional.

The limit amount of parking. You had to either pay for valet parking or park on the street where there were parking meters. There are several businesses in the area and customers had to literally ¿fight¿ for parking. Hotel is located where transits roam.

Overall the room was clean and comfortable

The location and parking is not conductive to heavy traffic. I reported issues in the bathroom (sluggish sink drain, mildew in the shower and air vents that need cleaning).

I've stayed at this location several times & thought that things would change because of new management but it hasn't.

It was roaches in the room on the nightstand, the clock, & in a beer I had on the nightstand. I spoke with the front desk worker & still haven't received a call back.
