- the front desk clerk, was exceptional with his kindness, considerstion and hospitality. It made duch an impression on those in my party.

- II thought breakfast was included but found out that it was available and not complimentary. It would have been a great replacement for home away from home
- The chemical smell in the room was strong. I was able to open the window, which helped a bit, but the traffic noise made for a rough 2 nights of sleep. I hate to complain. The product they used in room 401 was just awful.
- Still I didnt get back my security deposit
