It was a good location. Beds were very comfortable.

There is no hot water for a shower. I told them about it after the first day. They said they’d fix it. They didn’t.

The staffs are very nice and welcoming.

We came down early for breakfast and the lady at the bar just ignored us. Did not even say anything to just tell us they are not serving yet.

Anytime customer service is not good, it doesn’t matter how nice or comfortable the place is. Showed up late to check in, tired from a 5 hour drive just to be told that there was no reservation for me. Pulled out my phone showed the lady the confirmation # and the “thank you for booking” email and her response to me was “and whatchu want me to du?” Absolute zero customer service skills. Went outside to make some calls and find another place to stay then I checked my cc and it was already pending to be charged so I went back in to ask for a number to call bc why would I want to be charged for a place I didn’t stay at right? Next thing she says “ohhh lemme check one more thing, yep that’s exactly what happened, they put your first name as your last name that’s why I couldn’t find it” I responded, “so the confirmation number changed?” And she just blew me off and said “no worries I got it.” What if I would’ve just left? Why couldn’t she try to help me figure it out? It’s 2am I’m tired, just drove 5 hours to get there and this is how I’m “welcomed” to this place?

The front desk attendant Marcus was very pleasant & professional. He was the reason I decided to stay. Appearance was very clean in lobby & outside. The lady at the restaurant was very nice & attentive to my child. Room was basically clean. Our room was quiet at the end of the hall. The pillows are comfy but the mattress was a little too hard.

The plug under the desk was black. So it's obvious no deep cleaning is done. I left my do not disturb sign on the door & housekeeping ignored it & came in anyway.

Ours was a short stay but it was good. Nice and clean rooms. Location is pretty close to anything you really need.

I loved the location, the staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel and would stay again.

the location on bookings website was wrong and should be updated ASAP. I also did not like that the gate to car garage stayed open at all times.

Simple hotel, nice decor, great location.

Went there for a medical appointment at MD Anderson. Location was good, facilities were great and clean. Nice restaurant in hotel.

Was charged for parking on the property. Really, I am staying at your hotel.
