- The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Cons -
- The bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping horizontally at the foot of the bed and ultimately only got 3 hours of sleep. Also, the A/C was loud and there was a lot of noise from the street, even on the third floor.

- There was only one door (besides the main front entrance) that I could use my card to get into the building

The receptionist was very polite and attentive not like the one before.
One of the staff member did not greet us when we walked-in. We arrive a bit early but when we ask if there's was rooms available she was very rude. She never smiled or apologize or anything.
