Cons -
- Air Conditioner out of order; had to move to another room. Light in bath went out. Odor in hallway.
- The staff wasn't very friendly and for the amount of the room, breakfast should be included.
- I actually have written to the Hilton about the state of our room. It was clean but otherwise was missing or had broken most of the amenities in the room. Phone, remote, drawers, picture on wall, outlets -- all either missing or broken. Rooms mildewy.

Staff helped retrieve our lost balloons from their very high ceilings.
