- Clean and large enough rooms.
- Staff helped retrieve our lost balloons from their very high ceilings.
- The staff & there courteous service... Especially the hotel attendant....She is a gem ?
Cons -
- The staff wasn't very friendly and for the amount of the room, breakfast should be included.
- I actually have written to the Hilton about the state of our room. It was clean but otherwise was missing or had broken most of the amenities in the room. Phone, remote, drawers, picture on wall, outlets -- all either missing or broken. Rooms mildewy.
- No soap, tv didnt work. Didnt know they didnt clean the room or replace towels.
