Location was perfect. Room was clean.

Parking. I was told I had to pay for parking when I checked in due to recent break-ins in the Columbus area. I didn't mind paying for parking until I returned to the hotel after my event that evening to find there were no parking spots available. Luckily, the front desk clerk found a space where I could park my car overnight. Although not the ideal space, due to location near a curb, I was grateful to him for finding one.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and it was nearby a lot of restaurants so that we could easily order food.

That they precharge your card $100 before you get to the property even if you choose the “pay at property” option, which I have never had happen before and had not been told. That precharge should be on the main details of the listing or sent to you in the initial confirmation email.

The pool and hot tub

The hot tub was not working properly and the room needed repairs

Nice and clean, location was perfect. Breakfast was good. Grandkids loved the pool.

No linens for fold out couch, not enough front desk staff. Mattress was awful.

Very clean and comfortable property. Room was good sized and bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was super nice. Overall great hotel and good experience.

Close to everything, spacious rooms, clean and comfortable beds!

Staff was very friendly and helpful and respectful and responsive.

Disability access room was ridiculous. The layout in the bathroom for the shower was absurd, no way to shower without getting water everywhere. There were 3 adults booked for the room, only 2 full sized towels and one washcloth in the room, along with 2 hand towels, no bathmat to step out on. The beds were much higher than my wheelchair, making it extremely difficult to get in to bed. Extremely noisy all night, doors are heavy and make loud echoing noises when closed. Thermostat was definitely off in temp.Also the bathroom smells like mildew. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are very thin, like they have been watered down.

Spacious room. Good value. Great location to the city and surrounding area. The staff was great. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Our room had two beds and a sleeper couch. Yet, there were no extra sheets or pillows to accommodate the sleeper couch. We arrived late and wanted to sleep. If we were extending our stay or arrived early, we would have requested sheets and pillows.
