Usually IHG hotels are welcoming and helpful. It felt like we were an imposition starting with our rooms, for 2 adults and 3 children - booked 4 months earlier, were not made up with extra bed. Again, I've had flawless experiences with IHG elsewhere.
I falls far beneath the level of service I've come to expect from IHG properties which was disappointing.
