Best Western Plus Rose City Conference Center Inn

Smoke alarm was chirping when we got in our room. The desk attendant came up after about 30 minutes and tried to stop it and decided to move us to another room but her manager said no took another 30 40 minutes to stop it

Cleaners and size of rooms along with amenities such as, fridge, microwave, steamer and two televisions in the double room

Safety and quietness

Just that it was a little expensive

a bit noisy after 9pm, people are working upstairs (The 3rd floor)

Room size and location, near shopping, food, and town.

Being renovated, so I'll cut it some slack. Internet was sporadic (I work online so a biggie for me). Only one luggage cart. Not good at checkout time.

Great breakfast and kind staff

Dirty towels in nightstand drawer, food left in fridge.

Area. I always say here do to location and cleanleness. Not very clean this time.

Dirty bed, bathroom floor dirty. Shower dirty. 5am every morning you hear water running in the wall.

The employees are nice and polite to guests. The room was very clean and break was very good.

Friendly, efficient staff. Our reservation was in place and check in was quick. Lobby area and dining area beautifully decorated. We were greeted each time we entered the common areas.

Nothing noteworthy. One minor concern that we mentioned to the staff. It was listened to and written down in a book. I know it will be taken care of before we visit again.

1- Loved the staff...they were so nice and attentive 2- The shower had 4 nozzles hitting you from all directions...it was epic! 3- The breakfast was great!

I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this Motel! We were awoken out of our sleep with blaring music. This continued from 8:00pm until 12:00 Midnight. We were told that someone there was having a party. We complained to the staff but to no avail!

The employees were great.

Televisions' signal was unavailable, but hotel employee was able to reprogram both televisions.

Room was comfortable and good breakfast

Hotel should be power sprayed and kept up on outside .

The hotel staff were all extremely nice and made sure all needs were met. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in town.

The Staff was All over the Top Amazing!! The location was perfect for Us because we had to Also travel to Cairo Thank You Again I¿ll definitely recommend and be back as Well A Big Big Shout out to hotel employee. she¿s most definitely a Great Asset

Everything was Spot on the rooms were Clean And I didn¿t worry about doing too much extra Cleaning The Best Housekeepers

Spaciousness of Rooms. Breakfast wast very good, even for a person on KETO! Loved the egg and cheese wraps. Night staff good.

Day staff not friendly. They did not wear masks... only when I mentioned it did they pull them up from around their necks. At check-in... did not say thank you or tell me where to park or where my room was located or where the elevators were. No taxis.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel and the price. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Will stay there again when I am in the area.

Just did not like the mandatory mask and gloves for the breakfast. Not against it, just not my choice.

The staff was nice

LARGE party off 3rd floor elevator, lobby&hallways smelt like marijuana, a lady stood in doorway there was a party in & flashed my husband as he got off the elevator, the elevator broke with me inside, the ice machine broke, showers had mold, TVs broke.

Nothing. Horrible

Waited 4 hours only to get a dirty room . Poor customer service.
