It’s within walking distance of Broadway Street & several attractions in Nashville.

The valet and the guy at the front desk were super polite and helpful. The room was quirky and cool. Will stay again. Great value for the price too.

Parking is too expensive.

There is no stated no parking at the hotel. I incurred a huge cost for parking and received a parking ticket later due to the valet

My room 1311 - it sounded like we were sleeping in a mechanical room. The noises kept waking me and my 9 year old up. It was loud every time the ac came on and sounded like we were next to a pump station.

Location for good. The bar area was nice and i liked the variety of music over four days staff in the bar was a great waitress

No luggage rack in my room-my luggage had to be on the floor. The shower door leaked badly, TP holder and towel bar were falling off.Furnace couldn?t get the room over 64 degrees. Cleaning staff missed a day.

Despite the location, our 11th floor room was quiet and the wonderful bed and linen made for great sleep. Staff was friendly and responsive. We sat on lobby couches and listened to live music. An excellent experience.

No on-site parking. Valet parking was $55 a night. We opted to use a garage two blocks away.

The staff at this hotel makes it an excellent day Hotel employee from the front desk was accident got our two free drinks which were delicious the bed is so comfortable the shower is amazing and the zenology products were awesome for our hair and skin

Me and my husband like flat Pillows to Sleep on these pills were brand new and big and fluffy we just slept on the bed no pillows but that's it everything else was excellent

Beautiful architecture. Fantastic breakfast and drinks at the bar. Close proximity to broadway street.

Parking is expensive ($55 valet).

It was absolutely stunning inside. Really beautifully decorated. Nikki Lane¿s store inside was awesome as well.

Super reasonably priced, staff was respectful and accommodating, it was a great stay!

The lobby was beautiful and the staff were friendly. Great location! I love that the hotel kept a lot of the original details. You get the feel that you were staying in an historic hotel but its not run down. I would stay again ¿¿

The bed was super firm which is the opposite of what I need, but this is a personal preference. Parking is expensive and it is not at the hotellocation. It would be a great perk if the hotel offered a discount for guests staying at the hotel.

The staff was amazing!! So friendly and helpful. Food was great too and, of course, the location can¿t be beat!!

Room was in Tower 2 and, while clean and well-appointed, a little basic. (Got the impression we were in the ¿lower rent¿ tower.

The customer service was top notch! Great employees!

The only complaint I have is that the double bed closest to the bathroom was too close to the fridge. We kept bumping our knees in the bed frame. Not a huge issue - but would look into rearranging the room a bit.

Great hotel, but although it says it has shuttle service, that is not correct.

The location, environment, and design of the hotel are excellent. The staff was so attentive and friendly.

The price was high, probably due to the specific time of the year.

You can't beat the location. Recommend going to Skull's right down Printer's Alley. Everything is within walking distance. The staff is great. 

The price for all these Downtown "walking distance hotels" is crazy. I will stay a mile away and Uber next time. You will save $----. The staff is great but they are understaffed. You can tell it stresses people. The parking fee is outrageous! Uber

Cool decor, great location, live music at night.

Moved a chair in the room and it was SO dirty under/behind it. Left it that way so housekeeping would clean there and they didn¿t. Way understaffed. The housekeeper was also the waitress at restaurant. Long wait to eat there given only one waitress

The downtown location and live music were wonderful!

The common area does not permit outside food and there is no place to eat in the hotel rooms.
