Good location, nice bit bar and restaurant inside, comfortable beds.
Shower pressure was great but the water needed to be about 20° hotter. They have the entire wall as a window, and the place where the curtains meet/come apart is directly in line to allow sun in right on your face in the morning. The curtains should meet toward the foot of the bed. The room fridge was not cold at all. For a nice hotel at that price, the pillows should be better.

Room itself was fine, bed was comfortable and clean.
The shower was terrible, very bad water pressure and controlling the water temperature was a real problem. Would not return to this hotel because of the shower issues.Short staffed in the bar/restaurant.

Great hotel... very pricey but nice. Only issue was that our room telephone didn't work.
It was great. A bit pricey though..overall a great experience. The only 2 things we didn't like were the parking garage (very very tight and hard to navigate for it to cost $55 per night) and the room phone not working but the assistant on my cellphone was excellent and very helpful.

Staff was very friendly and responsive. Location was close to South Broadway.
AC made an odd, loud noise at times and the bed had some liner on it that crinkled. Other than that the room was spacious and well-appointed
